By creating an account or using AIAgentStudio.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time — we'll notify you of significant changes by email.
AIAgentStudio.AI provides an AI-powered product management tool. You may use the service for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI system; share account credentials with others; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We offer a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the trial, you will be charged the plan rate you selected (Pro: $19/month or $179/year; Team: $49/month or $469/year). All charges are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
You retain ownership of all content you create using AIAgentStudio.AI, including PRDs, OKRs, roadmaps, and other outputs generated with the AI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any AI-generated content you use or share. AIAgentStudio.AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAgentStudio.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to circumvent our systems. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using your account settings.
